Health & Safety Audits & Reviews

Gauntlet Health & Safety Ltd can carry out a range of Audits & Reviews to provide objective assessments of an organisation's health & safety systems and performance.

Health Check Audit

Gauntlet Health & Safety Ltd will carry out an audit of an organisation to produce a report to be presented to senior management or external interested parties, such as insurance companies. The audit will consider the organisation's Health & Safety management and the risk control measures associated with the major workplace hazards relevant to the specific employer.

Disability Access Audit

An audit of employers' policies, procedures and work locations and, for service providers, the ways in which goods, services and facilities are provided to the public is carried out to assess compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995. Physical and non-physical barriers to access for all disabled persons are considered. Recommendations are made regarding the implementation of reasonable adjustments to physical barriers and possible changes to policies and the ways in which the services are provided.

Annual Review

Gauntlet Health & Safety Ltd will carry out an Annual Review of an organisation's health & safety performance and health & safety risk management. The review will consider whether the current management processes adequately support the organisation's Health & Safety policy and objectives. Benchmarking against industry standard performance can be provided. The review report may identify areas where changes are possible to produce improvements in future performance.

HSG65 Audit

Gauntlet Health & Safety Ltd will carry out an audit of an organisation's health and safety management against the Health & Safety Executive guidance 'Successful health and safety management HSG65'. This detailed audit of an organisation's management structure and processes may identify gaps or failings. The audit report will include any recommended changes that can be implemented to improve health and safety performance.
